Product and Purchasing Options
In our pre-packaged, standardized world a custom manufacturer such as we are may be a rarity. Facing so many choices may be confusing. We have tried to simplify our purchasing process as much as possible. Just follow the steps below.
Our concept is simple: make several standard model boxes and offer total customization with options. This enables our customers design freedom to create a unique heirloom box all their own!

Step 1. Choose your basic box. At present we make seven categories of fancy boxes. Options for the box itself are different wood species. We have provided drop-down boxes for standard wood species for each box. Standard wood species changes are no cost. Premium woods require additional charges. All wood options are shown here. Step 2. Choose a finish for the box. Our standard finish is multiple coats of Danish and/or tung oil and is excellent for most applications. However you may choose lacquer or varnish. For those options, look here.
Step 3. Choose decorations for the box. We have available many different types of inlay designs and banding, inside mirrors, etc. These items give the box a very distinctive and quality appearance . They are also inexpensive for the expensive look they provide. See several examples of banding here. Other decorations may be seen here.
Step 4. At this point the outside of the box is complete. Now all that remains is the inside. Our standard features on the inside of the box are:
- Inner tray(s) with removable dividers.
- Velvet covered bottom inside box and tray.
Step 5. Once all your options are selected, all that remains is to purchase the box. We utilize
