Warranty Policy

LS WoodCraft is committed to developing products of superior design, performance and value. We pride ourselves on developing an ongoing, lifelong relationship with our customers. Due to our extreme confidence in our products and our insatiable desire to deliver only the highest quality, we manufacture our products to superior standards to provide our customers the highest level of satisfaction. In keeping with this goal, all LS WoodCraft products are warranted to the original owner for as long as they own the product as follows:

GENERAL - If you believe any LS WoodCraft product you own has a defect in material or workmanship or has failed during normal use within the warranty period, please contact LS WoodCraft at 1-866-324-8461 for assistance. Repair or replacement of the item is limited entirely to the discretion of LS WoodCraft and will be determined based on our evaluation of the item's intended and actual use. If product repair or replacement is necessary, the Customer will be solely responsible for all shipping charges, freight, insurance and proper packaging to prevent breakage in transit, whether or not the product is covered by this warranty. All shipments of repaired or replaced products by LS WoodCraft will be F.O.B. at the LS WoodCraft facility in Everett, WA. USA

RETURN POLICY - All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and a copy of the purchaser's invoice or receipt. Items returned without authorization may be refused.

LIMITATIONS - This warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of any goods which fail as a result of damage in transit, Acts of God or resulting from any Customer actions such as but not limited to misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, improper handling, improper storage, operation outside of design limits, misapplication, negligent maintenance, improper repair or unauthorized modification. No other warranties are expressed or implied. LS WoodCraft specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. LS WoodCraft's liability shall be limited to the actual purchase price of any defective unit or units to which a claim is made, and shall in no event include the Customer's costs, lost profits or goodwill, or any other direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages whether based on contract, tort or other legal theory even if LS WoodCraft is deemed to be aware of the possibility of such damages. LS WoodCraft shall not be liable for normal manufacturing defects or customary variances from specifications.

Regarding products purchased from LS WoodCraft but NOT manufactured by us, LS WoodCraft grants or implies NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. Any and all claims regarding items sold by LS WoodCraft, but not manufactured by LS WoodCraft, are to be referred to and disposed of by the actual manufacturer. Claims regarding these items may be administered by LS WoodCraft or referred to the actual manufacturer at LS WoodCraft's discretion. Customer's sole warranty, if any, is limited to that granted by the original manufacturer.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE CONTENT OF THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT.
